Perfection is a trap. It’s fear in couture and stops us every single time when we want to do something out of our comfort zone and stretch ourselves. Perfectionism berates you when things don’t go as you planned and rarely gives you kudos when they do. Perfectionism sneaks in and makes you think if you stop being perfect, the world will crumble. Perfectionism sucks you into an "All or Nothing" cycle because if you aren’t perfect, what’s the point?
